Pour vous connecter a votre compte bas debit, rendez-vous sur www.free.fr, cliquez sur l’icone menu et choisir Espace Abonne Freebox

Connectez vous. (pas la peine de mettre monAdresseMail.free.fr, uniquement monAdresseMail suffira. )

et vous obtenez

Cliquez sur “Creez vos comptes emails supplementaires.”

Vous pouvez la aussi “oublier” les mots de passe des emails secondaires (ils seront recuperables), mais evitez d’oublier celui de l’email principal ! Sinon, cliquez sur “mot de passe oublie” et suivez les consignes qui vous seront donne.

Rattachement d’un compte mail

Cas particulier, puisqu’il s’agit en fait de modifier l’association d’une adresse mail Free a un autre compte principal (cas de deces, divorce, arret abonnement freebox). Cette option vous permet donc de conserver votre adresse mail bien que n’ayant plus le compte lie a une freebox (l’utilisation d’un compte bas debit pourra vous etre fort utile !).

Connectez vous avec votre adresse mail principal puis

Cliquez sur “Rattacher un autre compte email”.

Il faut bien sur connaitre l’identifiant et le mot de passe du compte a rattacher. et cliquez sur l’option “Je certifie etre le proprietaire du compte ci-dessus”.

L’operation de rattachement se fait immediatement.

Consulter sa messagerie Free depuis internet

Vous voila perdu sans vos appareils et vous voulez consulter vos mails. Pas de probleme si vous trouvez un ordinateur, smartphone a preter ayant un acces internet !

Par defaut, vos nouvelles adresses mails sont consultables sous webmail (quota de stockage a 100 Mo). Un petit nouveau a fait son apparition pour remplacer ce bon vieux webmail: RoundCube (Note: il faudra resaisir vos filtres webmail dans RoundCube).

Mais mieux encore: Zimbra qui va vous permettre de beneficier dans stockage de 1Go que vous pouvez augmenter a 10 Go gratuitement !

De plus, avec Webmail, vos mails envoyes ne devront pas depasser 2 Mo. Avec Zimbra, les mails pourront atteindre 10 Mo.

Pour pouvoir utiliser Zimbra, apres la creation de votre nouvelle adresse mail, connectez vous a celle-ci.

Pour vous connecter a votre compte bas debit ou votre compte mail, rendez-vous sur www.free.fr, cliquez sur l’icone menu et choisir “Espace Abonne Freebox”.
