<h2>Le contrat pour soin</h2>
<p>La relation avec ses mon patient et votre praticien sous entend l’etablissement d’un contrat de lait implicite , lequel determine nos obligations et leurs devoirs du praticien envers Ce patient.</p>

<p>Cela dit, l’article R.4127-47 alinea 2 de ce code d&#8217;la Sante publique prevoit que le Chirurgien-dentiste, hors l&#8217;eventualite d’urgence, n’est nullement oblige pour prendre de charge mon malade. <li>vos correspondances echangees avec les autres divers de sante,</li>
<li>ma synthese de l’examen clinique,</li>
<li>tous les resultats Plusieurs examens complementaires ayant servi pour l’elaboration d&#8217;un diagnostic,</li>
<li>votre nature (diagnostic, prevention, soins) Plusieurs actes realises,</li>
<li>les references des produits et/ou des materiaux utilises au cours des actes et laisses en bouche pour assurer Notre tracabilite.</li>
</ul>
<p>En fonction de l’article L. 1111-7 de ce Code d&#8217;la sante publique, tous les informations presentes au projet d&#8217;un patient et ayant servi a toutes les actes pour diagnostic, de prevention ou de soins en odontologie, doivent avoir la possibilite de etre communiquees a toutes les patients.
